Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us so we can make it right.
If the file you downloaded doesn’t match your order, please email our support team with your order number, and we will send the correct file to you immediately.
If a file is corrupted or won’t open, please try downloading it again from your account. If the issue persists, contact us and we will provide a fresh, working link.
No physical mailing is required. If a refund is authorized, we will simply deactivate your download links remotely.
