MONJO LLC provides a wide range of products and services, including but not limited to:

• Home & Lifestyle Products: luxury textiles, furnishings, decor, and pet accessories, etc…
• Digital Products: design templates, brand identity kits, educational content, NFTs, and creative assets, etc…
• Memberships & Subscriptions: MONJO Design Society, Creator Growth Hub, Luxury Lifestyle Box.
• Commercial & B2B Solutions: hotel & resort decor packages, corporate gifting programs.

5. Orders and Payments

• Order Placement: All orders must include accurate details such as shipping address, contact information, and payment method.
• Payment Terms: Payment is required in full at the time of order. Accepted methods include major credit cards and other secure payment gateways available at checkout.
• Currency: All prices are displayed in USD ($). For international customers, local currencies may be supported depending on the payment provider.
• Processing: Payments are typically processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Physical Products:
  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight. Non-refundable unless an order is canceled prior to processing.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for all eligible orders.
• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
• Restrictions: Certain items may be unavailable in some countries due to regulations.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable.
• Digital Products: Due to their downloadable nature, digital goods are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure attributable to MONJO LLC.
• Subscriptions: Can be canceled at any time but are non-refundable for the current billing period.
• Damaged Goods: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged to arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We take reasonable measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access or misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, logos, images, software, and digital products, is the property of MONJO LLC or its licensors.
• Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital products but may not reproduce, resell, or modify them without prior written consent.

• While we strive for accuracy and reliability, MONJO LLC makes no guarantee regarding uninterrupted services or business outcomes.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or products.

11. Force Majeure

MONJO LLC will not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (State of Minnesota). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Minnesota.
